I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor.
Throughout my career of over 40 years I have provided professional care and support to adults, children and young people within the NHS and voluntary sector and have worked for over 20 years as counsellor and psychotherapist.
In my work, I offer a compassionate and supportive
relationship where you can talk about yourself, your life and anything you are finding painful, difficult or confusing.
It is an opportunity to understand yourself more and to consider changes that may improve your life, relationships and how you feel.
I also have an interest in the value of good support for professionals in caring roles. As part of my private practice I provide supervision supporting professionals in the helping professions.
